Location: Mumbai

Role Details:

We are looking for a CP4I / IBM API Connect & App Connect Administrator with strong OpenShift and banking platform experience to manage, monitor, and support integration platforms in a regulated banking environment.

Overall Job Description:  

• Administer IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I) on OpenShift
• Manage IBM API Connect and App Connect runtime environments
• Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching
• Manage API gateways, catalog, developer portal, and analytics
• Monitor platform health, performance, and availability
• Handle production incidents and root cause analysis
• Implement DR, backup, and HA strategies
• Work with Security and Compliance teams for audits and controls

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

EDUCATION

Graduation: Any Degree

WORK EXPERIENCE

• 7-12 years of experience
• IBM CP4I (API Connect, App Connect, MQ basics)
• Red Hat OpenShift administration
• IBM API Connect Admin (v10 preferred)
• App Connect Admin (runtime, BAR deployment, logs)
• Linux, networking, certificates, TLS

Any Specific requirements:

Understanding of:

• RBI compliance
• Data security & encryption
• Audit & regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of critical banking systems and uptime SLAs

Good to Have:

• Experience with DR drills in banks
• Exposure to SIEM, monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
• CI/CD pipelines for middleware platforms
