Job Title : Legal Intern

What will you do:

• Responsible for working closely with senior management at Fiserv. He/She will work on some of the most exciting payments/fintech transactions being carried out at the company and which will require him/her to work with stakeholders inside and externally.
• Will be responsible for supporting the Legal team of Fiserv in India in all legal aspects of its business that are assigned to him/her by the Head of Legal.
• Draft, review and provide advice on legal and contractual aspects of a variety of complex products and services contracts.
• Provide frontline support for negotiations, respond to inquiries regarding existing contract obligations and revisions, identify risks and issues, with a solution-oriented approach towards closure of transactions.
• Handle the Company Secretary function for Fiservs group entities in India including but limited to conduct board meetings, prepare minutes, resolutions and do oversee all regulatory and other filings as part of corporate governance/legal requirements.

What will you need to know:

• The Staff Counsel & Company Secretary at Fiserv should be well versed with the ever-changing fintech/payments industry landscape in industry.
• Strong experience in negotiating relevant agreements, confidentiality agreements and Master Agreements.
• Strong contract drafting and review skills with attention to detail.
