Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Inbound & Outbound Calls)


Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls, handle client queries, and ensure seamless communication. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to prepare reports and manage data efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis.
  • Follow predefined communication scripts while handling various customer interactions.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professionalism and empathy.
  • Adapt communication style to suit different customer personalities.
  • Attend client meetings to understand client requirements and implement changes as needed.
  • Prepare and share Daily/Weekly reports with clients in the required format.
  • Manage and maintain data using Google Sheets and MS Excel.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvement areas.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Minimum 60% aggregate throughout academics.
  • Excellent spoken and written English is a MUST.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills.
  • Must have a personal laptop.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with adaptability to different personality types.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong coordination and client-handling skills.
