We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive with experience in the travel domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GDS systems, particularly Amadeus, and strong skills in upselling and customer retention. Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, changes, and refunds Work on GDS systems (mandatory) for reservations and ticketing Drive upselling (add-ons, upgrades, insurance, etc.)
Focus on retention and minimize cancellations Resolve customer concerns efficiently Maintain accurate records in the system Required .
Skills & Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in Travel Customer Support
Strong GDS knowledge (mandatory)
Hands-on experience with Amadeus Excellent communication skills Good convincing and negotiation skills
Target-driven approach (upselling & retention)
Flexible for rotational shifts
