Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues with patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
Identify and address denial reasons by researching claims data, communicating with providers, and appealing denied claims.
Utilize Epic Systems software to process medical billing transactions, manage patient records, and track revenue cycle metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up on overdue payments and maintain accurate financial reports.

Job Requirements :

0.9-7 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or related field such as hospital administration or US Healthcare.
Strong knowledge of Epic Systems software for medical billing purposes.
Proficiency in managing complex phone conversations with customers/patients while maintaining professionalism.
