Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end IT hardware asset allocation and reallocation across Branches and Head Office within defined TAT.
Ensure proper asset submission, laptop collection, and timely NOC closure.
Maintain accurate asset records in Google Sheets and Asset Management Software.
Manage the complete IT hardware asset lifecycle (procurement to disposal).
Ensure all required asset data fields are updated in the inventory system before distribution.
Define and maintain asset management processes, including scope, control items, and data recording standards.
Ensure asset data accuracy by regularly updating records and verifying with FAR (Fixed Asset Register).
Maintain and monitor dump/obsolete asset stock count.
Coordinate with HR and Legal teams for IT asset submissions and clearances.
Check and validate insurance documents from employees and coordinate insurance claims processing.
Respond to requests from end-users, managers, and stakeholders for IT hardware asset data and reports.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA (preferred: IT / Operations / Administration background).
1-3 years of experience in IT Asset Management / IT Operations / Asset Control.
Proficient in MS Excel.
Good coordination and follow-up skills with cross-functional teams .
