Job Description

Role & responsibilities-

  • Handle inbound chat queries from international customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, refunds, and technical issues.
  • Ensure prompt, polite, and effective responses to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a typing speed of at least 35 Words Per Minute (WPM) with good accuracy.
  • Use pre-approved scripts when required and customize responses based on customer needs.
  • Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior staff or the relevant departments when necessary.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
  • Consistently meet performance metrics such as Response Time, Resolution Rate, and CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score).

Shift Flexibility:


Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, to support international time zones.
Adhere to assigned break schedules and maintain proper login and logout timings as per company policy.


Skills Required:


Typing Speed: Minimum 35 WPM with high accuracy (preferably 90% or above).
Excellent written English, including proper grammar, spelling, and professional tone.
Good computer proficiency, including familiarity with web browsers and chat support software.Work Location:
