Job Title: International Voice Process Customer Support (Experienced Only)
Location: Hyderabad
Shift: Night Shift (US / UK Process)
Experience: Minimum 6 months in International Voice Process
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Customer Support Executives for our International Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and prior experience handling international customers (US/UK/Australia).
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from international clients.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document call details and update CRM systems.
- Meet quality and performance targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 13 years experience in International Voice Process / BPO.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in night shifts and rotational shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in US / UK customer support processes.
- Ability to handle difficult customer situations professionally.
