Job Description
Are you a versatile IT professional ready to lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic IT initiatives? We are seeking an IT Project Manager to be the bridge between technical execution and business value. This role is not just about tracking timelinesits about diving deep into business requirements, designing functional solutions, and driving organizational change management for high user adoption.What You Will Do
This role covers Project Management, Business Analysis, and Change Management support:
- Project Management: Lead IT project implementation, manage time and resource plans, maintain RAID logs, mitigate risks, and prepare accurate updates for project steering committees. Manage project budgets and ensure delivery within budget to realize the agreed-upon benefit/ROI.
- Business Analysis: Gather and document detailed business requirements, prepare functional specifications/user stories, and support the business in assessing solutions against functional needs.
- Change Management: Support the business in identifying and managing the change impact resulting from project implementation to ensure successful adoption.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including confidently interfacing with senior management and managing the expectations of country leadership.

- Drive Change: Experience driving significant business impact through projects like application development, contract mobilisation, business efficiency, and application migration.

- Communication: Excellent ability to simplify complex data for onward communication.
Skills and KnowledgeEssential
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management delivery, ideally within IT and Business projects, with a track record of successful delivery.
- Experience in Business Analysis.
- Workshop facilitation experience.
- Clear understanding of key aspects across different business functions.
- Proficiency in CAPEX/OPEX management and ROI modeling for business cases.
- Experience in project governance and assurance.
Desirable
- PRINCE2 trained.
- Experience in Smartsheets.
- Proficient in G-Suite, with advanced skills in Google Sheets.
- Change management experience.
