Work Schedule: 24/7 (Rotational Shifts) Job Overview :
We are hiring Customer Service Associates (CSA) Voice Process for our international customer support team. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, assisting customers, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities :
- Handle international voice calls (English communication mandatory)
- Contact existing and prospective customers
- Understand customer needs through effective questioning
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer queries efficiently
- Focus on customer satisfaction and retention
Eligibility Criteria :
- Education: 10+2 (PUC) Mandatory
- Diploma (3 years) / Undergraduates / BE / B.Tech / Graduates from any stream
- Minimum 6 months of experience required
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Details :
- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week Offs
- Rotational Shifts
- 2-Way Free Cab Facility
- Salary Package: Up to 5 LPA
