Remote (online) Internship Opportunity: Piping, Equipment -Plant Engineering and Energy Tech

Duration: 2- 6 Months
Stipend: No Stipend
Target Candidates: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Automotive, Chemical, Civil, Instrumentation, Production Engineering, Mechatronic, IT Engineering

Domain 1: Piping & Plant Design Intern- Domain Internship
Focus: Front-end and detailed engineering for Process, Oil & Gas, and Chemical plants.
- Learning and internship focus:
- Process Piping Layouts
- Learn to develop and modify Piping & Instrumentation (P&IDs).
- Technical Piping components and detailing.
- Basic Pipe Stress Analysis and support detailing.
- International standards ASME /API
- Exposure: Exposure to Engineering fundamental
Domain 2: Static Equipment & Plant Engineering Intern-Domain Internship
Focus: Design and development of mechanical equipment for refineries and power plants.
- Learning & Internship focus:
- Mechanical design of Pressure Vessels or any one static equipment
- Manufacturability and fabrication drawings for static equipment.
- Basic engineering calculations
- Understand material specifications (ASTM/ASME) used in process industries.
Domain 3: Energy Engineering (Solar & Wind) Intern-Domain Internship
Focus: Renewable energy systems and thermal energy applications.
- Learning & Internship focus:
- Solar systems or Wind energy
- Fluid flow and heat transfer in thermal energy systems.
- Market research on the latest trends in renewable infrastructure and sustainability.
- Technical documentation and standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Ongoing or completed Degree/Diploma in relevant engineering fields.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of engineering fundamentals, fluid mechanics, and strength of materials.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn industrial codes/standards.
