Role & responsibilities

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer with strong expertise in building advanced dashboards, data models, and reports. The candidate must also have working knowledge of Power Automate to design automation workflows. Familiarity with other Power Platform tools such as Power Apps will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with a focus on performance, usability, and actionable insights.
• Build robust data models using DAX and Power Query for complex calculations and transformations.
• Develop and manage Power Automate flows to streamline business processes and integrate with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across reporting and automation workflows.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on BI and automation tools.
• Explore opportunities to leverage other Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Dataverse) to enhance business solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, visualization best practices, Row Level Security).
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate (flows, connectors, Microsoft 365 integration).
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Advanced Excel skills (Power Pivot, pivot tables, formulas).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
