Job Description:
We are hiring a French Voice Process Executive to support internal operations through voice-based interactions. The role involves handling calls in French, coordinating with internal teams, managing process-related information, and ensuring accuracy while strictly adhering to established process guidelines. Roles and Responsibilities French Voice & chat Process

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound voice interactions in French (English as required)
  • Communicate professionally with internal or external stakeholders via phone
  • Support voice-based process operations while ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Handle follow-up communication, basic documentation, and system updates related to calls
  • Review, validate, and update records generated from voice interactions
  • Adhere strictly to SOPs, quality standards, and defined SLAs
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries and complete tasks efficiently
  • Ensure data confidentiality, accuracy, and service quality at all times

Eligibility & Skill Requirements French Voice Process

  • French language proficiency: B2 level or above (mandatory)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in French and English
  • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Excel, MS Word, and email tools
  • Strong attention to detail with effective time management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a process-driven, voice-based environment
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts
  • Freshers are Eligible

Experienced candidates: Up to 6 LPA (CTC)
