Adobe CDP Developer @ Virtusa

We are looking for a Senior Developer with strong hands on expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP) to design and build customer data pipelines, identity strategies, segmentation logic, and activation workflows. The role involves close collaboration with data engineering, marketing, and product teams to deliver real time personalization capabilities.

Design and build XDM schemas, identity strategy, merge policies, and governance labels.
Implement batch and streaming data ingestion using AEP Sources & Dataflows.Configure and optimize Real Time Customer Profile, audience segments, and destinations.
Deploy and troubleshoot AEP Web/Mobile SDKs and Adobe Edge Network integrations. Use Query Service for validation, profiling, SQL checks, and audience insights.

Implement consent management, data usage labels, and compliance (GDPR/CCPA).Ensure data quality, monitoring, and error handling across ingestion and activation flows.
Collaborate with Martech/Data teams to support real time activation, AJO journeys, and personalization use cases. Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and support agile delivery.

MustHave Skills:

• Strong handson experience in Adobe Experience Platform (RTCDP)
• XDM schema creation, identity/graph modelling, merge policies
• Segment Builder (batch & edge), profile validation
• Destinations (advertising, cloud, webhooks)
• AEP SDK & Edge Network implementation
• Adobe Tags/Launch, JavaScript, SQL, APIs
• Understanding of PII handling, data governance & consent frameworks

Good-to-Have Skills

• Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) or Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
• Experience with Snowflake/Databricks/Kafka/Cloud storage
• CI/CD automation for AEP configurations
• Adobe Target or AEM data layer understanding
• Experience in BFSI domains

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience delivering at least 1-2 enterpriseRTCDPimplementations
