Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Marketing System Ownership

  • Build and maintain a quarterly marketing calendar.
  • Plan and manage marketing channels including LinkedIn, website, email, webinars, and partner collaborations.
  • Develop repeatable campaign frameworks and SOPs.
  • Ensure smooth and consistent execution without frequent follow-ups.

Content & Authority Building

  • Develop founder-led and solution-led content.
  • Coordinate with designers, writers, and video editors for content production.
  • Repurpose content across multiple platforms.
  • Maintain consistency in messaging across sales and marketing.

Social Media & Brand Awareness

  • Manage organic social media growth, primarily on LinkedIn.
  • Plan and execute weekly content.
  • Track reach, engagement, clicks, and lead generation.
  • Continuously test and improve content formats.

Demand Generation & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute webinars, partner campaigns, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution, including follow-ups.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align messaging and lead flow.

Performance Tracking

  • Monitor weekly and monthly marketing performance metrics.
  • Prepare simple dashboards and performance reports.
  • Identify areas to scale, improve, or discontinue.
  • Focus on measurable outcomes rather than vanity metrics.

Team & Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external agencies.
  • Ensure timely delivery and maintain quality standards.
  • Take ownership of outcomes rather than relying on dependencies.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • 2-7 years of hands-on marketing execution experience.
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, tech, or startup environments is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing and organic growth strategies.
  • Experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for content creation and productivity.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and communication skills.
Note: This role may not be suitable for candidates who:
  • Prefer planning over execution.
  • Avoid working with data and performance metrics.
  • Require constant reminders or supervision.
  • Believe marketing is only about creativity without measurable outcomes.
