Core Responsibilities

• Emergency Response: Quickly respond to fire alarms, accidents (car, industrial), hazardous material spills, and natural disasters.
• Firefighting: Control and extinguish fires in buildings, forests, and vehicles using hoses, pumps, and other tools.
• Rescue Operations: Locate and rescue individuals, and sometimes animals, trapped in dangerous situations, including burning buildings or collapsed structures.
• Emergency Medical Services (EMS): Provide first aid and emergency medical care as trained first responders. 
Prevention & Education  
• Fire Prevention: Inspect buildings and hydrants for safety, enforce codes, and educate the public on fire safety through community programs.
• Training & Drills: Continuously participate in drills, training, and physical fitness to stay prepared and updated on procedures. 
Station & Equipment Duties
• Equipment Maintenance: Clean, operate, and maintain fire engines, tools, breathing apparatus, and station facilities.
• Reporting: Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records.
