Job Description
- Execute UAT, system testing, and parallel runs for P&A processes
- Perform daily and periodic reconciliations (positions, trades, pricing, FX, benchmarks)
- Identify, analyze, and triage data breaks between systems
- Document defects, track progress, and retest fixes
- Validate P&A outputs (returns, benchmarks, attribution components)
- Prepare test evidence, logs, and structured status updates
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams for issue resolution
- Support project deliverables, timelines, and reporting
- 38 years of experience in Performance & Attribution or Investment Operations
- Strong handson experience with reconciliation, data validation, and break analysis
- Understanding of P&A methodologies (TWR, benchmark returns, attribution basics)
- Strong Excel skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and investigate mismatches
- Good communication skills with ability to work independently
- Exposure to Aladdin or similar P&A systems (SIMCORP, FactSet)
- Familiarity with derivatives (futures, swaps, FX) to support triage
- Experience supporting migrations, pilots, or system transitions
- SQL

Aladdin experience with Performance & Attribution is Must
Hands-on P&A + Aladdin user-level knowledge

Strong understanding of pricing, FX, market data, and derivatives
