Job Description
- Position: Frontline Sales / Relationship Manager (Banca Channel)
- Channel: Bancassurance (partnership with banks to distribute insurance)
- Objective: Drive sales of ICICI Prudential life insurance products through bank branches and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales & Business Development
- Promote ICICI Prudentials life insurance products to bank customers.
- Conduct field visits and client meetings to generate leads.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through banca tie-ups.
- Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with bank staff to ensure smooth product promotion.
- Collaborate with branch managers and staff to expand product reach.
- Customer Engagement
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure policy servicing.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate sales records and report performance metrics.
- Experience: 1- 3 years in Banking Sales or Direct Sales.
- Skills: Strong communication, sales acumen, and relationship-building.
- Education: Graduate degree (preferred in business/finance).
- Knowledge: Understanding of life insurance products and industry trends.
