Banca Channel (ICICI Prudential Life Insurance)

1. Role Overview

• Position: Frontline Sales / Relationship Manager (Banca Channel)
• Channel: Bancassurance (partnership with banks to distribute insurance)
• Objective: Drive sales of ICICI Prudential life insurance products through bank branches and ensure customer satisfaction.

 

2. Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development
• Promote ICICI Prudentials life insurance products to bank customers.
• Conduct field visits and client meetings to generate leads.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through banca tie-ups.
• Relationship Management
• Build strong relationships with bank staff to ensure smooth product promotion.
• Collaborate with branch managers and staff to expand product reach.
• Customer Engagement
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure policy servicing.
• Compliance & Reporting
• Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate sales records and report performance metrics.

 

3. Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1- 3 years in Banking Sales or Direct Sales.
• Skills: Strong communication, sales acumen, and relationship-building.
• Education: Graduate degree (preferred in business/finance).
• Knowledge: Understanding of life insurance products and industry trends.
