Sr Analyst I Infrastructure Services @ DXC Technology

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Active Directory infrastructure , including Domain Controllers, OU management, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, and DHCP.
• Manage and troubleshoot authentication mechanisms such as Kerberos, NTLM, and LDAP .
• Implement and support Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using ADFS, SAML, and federation technologies .
• Manage and maintain Azure Active Directory (Azure AD / Entra ID) services, including identity synchronization, access policies, and security configurations.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation to streamline operational tasks and improve efficiency.
• Manage Windows Server and Windows client operating systems within enterprise environments.
• Troubleshoot identity, authentication, and directory-related issues across on-premises and cloud platforms .
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure proper identity and access management practices.
• Ensure adherence to security policies, access control standards, and compliance requirements .
