Review and assess inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, websites, ads, events, and other channels.
Contact prospects via calls or emails to understand their requirements, budget, intent, and timelines.
Qualify or disqualify leads based on predefined criteria and readiness for sales engagement.
Assign qualified leads to the Sales Coordinator or Business Development team in a timely manner.
Document lead status, notes, and qualification outcomes in the CRM system.
Assist in inbound and outbound lead generation activities.
Support database building, prospect research, and outreach activities.
Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality and targeting.

Prior experience in lead generation or sales, preferably in the IT industry, will be an advantage.
Strong research and analytical abilities.

Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques.
Experience using CRM software will be an added advantage.
