Role & responsibilities

Quality inspection Engineer-Aerospace(Mandotary)

Location-Bengaluru

Experience-5-7Years

Qualification-BE

Mandatory Skills Electrical and Mechanical quality inspection at system level functional testing on special purpose ATE and motor, Gear box system

Strong knowledge of Quality Inspection for electro-mechanical systems: power distribution, control circuits, instrumentation/DAQ, rotating machinery, VFDs, and environmental chamber and test equipment.
Hands-on experience with test & measurement tools: multimeter, clamp meter, megger/IR tester, hipot tester, TTR, oscilloscope, power analyzer, function generator, stroboscope/tachometer, thermal camera/IR thermometer, torque wrench.
Ability to read GA drawings, single-line diagrams (SLD), wiring diagrams, loop diagrams, I/O lists, BOMs, and interface control documents.
Proficient in FAT/SAT execution, procedural compliance, and nonconformance handling.
Strong documentation discipline; proficient with MS Office/Excel and digital QMS tools.
Excellent communication with suppliers, internal engineering, production, and customer teams.
Root cause analysis (5-Why) and corrective action follow-through.

Qualifications & Experience

510 years of relevant experience in Test Systems / ATE / Industrial Automation / Power Panels / QA-QC roles (flexible based on seniority).
Certifications (preferred):

Electrical Safety / LOTO,
NDT or relevant inspection certs (as applicable),
Calibration/Metrology awareness,
IPC/IEC awareness,
Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 and AS9100
