Drive consistent revenue growth by achieving ambitious weekly targets through consultative inside sales. You will work with high-intent, pre-qualified leads and convert them into successful enrollments.
As a Business Development Executive, you will guide parents and adult learners through their enrollment journey. You will engage with warm leads who have already attended a demo class, build strong relationships, address their concerns, and ensure a seamless conversion and onboarding experience.
1. Lead Engagement
Connect with 6570 qualified leads daily through calls and video sessions
Build rapport and understand learner needs to personalize your pitch
2. Consultative Selling
Conduct high-impact 1:1 video counseling sessions
Present program value effectively and handle objections confidently
Influence key decision-makers to drive enrollments
3. Sales Lifecycle Management
Own the complete sales funnel from first interaction to closure
Ensure timely follow-ups and high conversion rates
4. Revenue Achievement
Meet and exceed weekly revenue targets
Contribute actively to overall business growth
5. Client Onboarding
Ensure a smooth transition from enrollment to program start
Maintain high customer satisfaction

Graduates from 2023, 2024, or 2025 (Bachelors or Masters preferred)
Must be based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate
Open to working six days a week (Tuesday off)
