Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Meet quality and performance targets.
- Document customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.
- Minimum 6 months to 4 years of experience in International Voice Process (Mandatory).
- Strictly No Freshers.
- Domestic BPO experience will not be considered.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in night shifts and graveyard shifts.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Neutral accent with clear pronunciation.
- Ability to handle irate customers professionally.
- Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
