Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-focused QA Tester to test our CRM platform and ensure a
high-quality product release. The candidate will be responsible for identifying bugs, validating
workflows, and ensuring smooth user experience across modules.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
Perform manual testing of web application features
Identify, document, and report bugs clearly
Conduct functional, regression, and usability testing
Verify workflows across CRM modules
Coordinate with developers to track bug fixes
Validate releases before deployment

Required Skills
B.E / B.Tech degree is mandatory
Good understanding of software testing concepts
Experience in manual testing of web applications
Familiarity with bug tracking and reporting
Knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and documentation skills
Preferred Skills
Experience testing SaaS or CRM platforms
Basic knowledge of automation testing is a plus
