Job Description


    We are looking Customer Service Executive / Service Coordinator for well know comapny 

    Profiles - Customer Service Executive / Service Coordinator

    Exp - 6 months to 5 yrs 
    Locations - Noida sec 68 
    working day - 6 days 
    working hr- 9:30 AM to 6:30 AM 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Track and follow up on service requests, vehicle issues, and warranty claims.

    • Coordinate with service centers, dealers, and internal teams for timely resolutoin.

    • Generate daily/weekly service performance reports.

    • Handle customer queries, escalations, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

    • Support service campaigns, recalls, and product updates.

    • Maintain service records and manage scheduling efficiently.
