working hr- 9:30 AM to 6:30 AM
Key Responsibilities:
Track and follow up on service requests, vehicle issues, and warranty claims.
Coordinate with service centers, dealers, and internal teams for timely resolutoin.
Generate daily/weekly service performance reports.
Handle customer queries, escalations, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Support service campaigns, recalls, and product updates.
Maintain service records and manage scheduling efficiently.
