Position: Technical Sales Executive
Location: Pune
Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates can be considered.
Salary: Up to 3 - 3.6 lpa (depending on candidature)


Job Profile-

 

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Technical Sales Executive to join our

team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling agricultural

products, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

 

Responsibilities

Generate leads and expand the customer base

Promote and sell company products to farmers, retailers, and distributors

Explain technical features and benefits of products effectively

Build strong relationships to ensure repeat business

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Collect market feedback and share insights with the team

Prepare reports on sales activities and performance

Preferred Skills:

• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand technical product details
• Persuasive and result-driven attitude
• Basic MS Office / Smartphone proficiency.
