Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for end users. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first- and second-level technical support to end users (onsite/remote)
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Support Windows/macOS operating systems and common enterprise applications
Manage user accounts, access, and permissions (Active Directory, email, VPN)
Perform system updates, patches, and antivirus management
Document incidents, solutions, and procedures in the ticketing system
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as needed
Assist with IT asset management and inventory tracking
Support onboarding/offboarding of employees (device setup, access provisioning)
