Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)
Conduct PDI of Electric Vehicles before delivery to dealers/customers.
Inspect battery pack installation, wiring, connectors, and electrical systems.
Verify the charger's functionality and charging performance.
Quality Control (QC)
Inspect lithium battery packs for manufacturing defects or damage.
Perform voltage, charging, and electrical safety checks.
Ensure products meet company quality standards before dispatch.
Battery Pack Inspection
Check battery packs for physical damage, water ingress, overheating, and connector condition.
Verify BMS functioning and battery health status.
Charger Testing
Check charger input/output parameters and charging indicators.
Identify faults and coordinate repair or replacement if required.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain PDI checklist and QC inspection reports.
Record battery serial numbers, vehicle details, and inspection data.
Submit daily and weekly reports to the service team.
Technical Support
Assist field engineers and dealers in basic troubleshooting of EV and battery issues.
Support the service team in identifying root causes of battery failures.

Educational Qualification:
Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Automobile Engineering.
