POSITION STATEMENT:
The key responsibilities include designing the testing strategy with the Test Manager, allocating tasks to team members, coordinating with the client on understanding client requirements and translating that into the test strategy, providing technical direction to the team and monitoring their performance and monitoring and delivering on the customer requirements
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Must have Java experience with automation and selenium.
Automation Tools knowledge Selenium, Appium Katalon, UFT, etc.
API Automation Tools knowledge Postman, JMeter
Expertise in CT integration with CICD and Automation on cloud environment.
Strong experience in managing automation test projects
Expertise in implementation of automation framework from scratch to aid with regression and other repeatable tests

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES:
Design & build test harnesses for Automation Testing
Design/Architect test automation framework and develop the new test automation libraries using automation tools
Design & execute Regression Test Pack using frontend & backend test scripts
Implement QA process and Automated testing for all the work streams to improve the overall testing cycle.
Ensure continuous upskilling of the team
Assist with automation test planning.
Utilize appropriate testing tools for both front-end and back-end Quality Assurance
Identify and capture test data to support the test cases defined by the testing team
Ensure reusability of test scripts across projects.
Test Environment set-up/management, monitoring and streamline release management to QA Environments.
Stakeholder management
Response to technical queries Document Planning activities, Offshore coordination, Build work plan and Visio diagrams.
Describing Existing Automation Architecture, Participate in Design and Architecture Meeting.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:
BE/MCA/ MCM/ MBA/ B.COM/B.Sc Graduate
Possess 1-2 globally accepted certification (for e.g. Agile Project Mgmt, ISTQB, Java, visual basic, Postman, JMeter, Selenium, Appium Katalon, UFT etc.)
Should have scored a minimum of 60% of marks throughout the career in all academic levels
