Job Description

    • Provide technical support for payroll processes and resolve client queries within defined timelines.

    • Work closely with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot payroll-related issues.

    • Use SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze payroll data.

    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution and service delivery.

    • Maintain documentation for issues, resolutions, and process improvements.

    • Ensure high client satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

    Required Skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).

    • Good communication and client handling skills.

    • Experience in payroll support or payroll operations.

    • Ability to analyze issues and provide quick and effective solutions.

    • knowledge of SQL (data extraction, query writing, troubleshooting).
