HCLTech is Hiring | Role - Education Counselor | Freshers Welcome!

Job Location: Noida, Sec 60

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shifts: Day Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days a Week | 2 Rotational Week Offs

Education Criteria - Must be Under-Graduate/Graduate/Postgraduate.

(Educational Qualification: B.Com / BA / BBA / M.Com / MA, Bsc)

Candidates with B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, Pharma or Law backgrounds are not eligible.

Regular Pursuing candidates or more than 1-year Experienced candidates will not be considered.

Role & Responsibilities:

Drive student enrollment by making outbound calls to prospective students and handling inbound queries about courses, admissions, eligibility, fees, and the application process. The role ensures a clear, professional explanation of university programs and timely followups to convert interest into completed applications.
