Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Take full ownership of campaign performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, and ROAS
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimizations
- Identify and scale high-performing campaigns while pausing underperforming ones
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and ad copies to improve performance
- Optimize budget allocation across campaigns based on performance data
- Build and manage retargeting strategies to improve conversions
- Analyze campaign data and identify patterns, insights, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-converting ad creatives
- Provide clear performance reports with actionable insights for clients
- Improve funnel performance from ad to landing page to final conversion
- Suggest and implement improvements in landing pages and lead generation flows
- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure consistent performance delivery
- Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and new performance strategies
Basic Qualifications
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Proven track record of generating leads or sales through paid campaigns
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and optimization techniques
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients efficiently.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
