Role &responsibilities

1. Implementation of Application into client system

2. Troubleshooting the cause

3. Monitoring the application and identify the bugs.

4. Resolve any recurring issue and find the rootcause of the issue

5 .Handling queries over call & mail

6.Coordinate with team member to understand and resolve the query

7. TimeManagement

8.Resolvingqueriesrelatedtobankingsystemforfundtransfer,login,deposits,passwordreset.

9. Fixing bugs problems.

10. preparing reports weekly & monthly

11. Verification of all GL access code.

12. NEFT File Upload
