Job Description
Job Profile:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated faculty members to join our c Department. The role is ideal for individuals committed to academic excellence, teaching, and research. M.Tech freshers with a strong interest in academia are encouraged to apply. The selected candidate will contribute to teaching, research initiatives, and the academic development of students in emerging technology domains.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Academic Delivery
Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related domains.
Prepare academic materials including lecture notes, assignments, and evaluation methods.
Use modern teaching methodologies to enhance student learning.
Guide and mentor students in academic projects and research work.
Research & Academic Contribution
Conduct research in relevant areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cyber Security, Data Science, and related fields.
Publish research papers in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
Encourage and mentor students to participate in research activities and innovation projects.
Curriculum Development
Contribute to curriculum design and updates in line with technological advancements and industry trends.
Participate in academic committees and departmental initiatives.
Faculty Development & Academic Programs
Participate in Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), workshops, refresher courses, and training programs.
Complete MOOCs courses or contribute to development of digital learning content when required.
Eligibility Criteria / Qualifications
PhD or M.Tech in Computer Engineering / Information Technology / Computer Science from a recognized university or institute.
Strong passion for teaching and academic development.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Published research papers in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
Participation in Refresher Courses / Research Methodology Programs / Teaching-Learning Evaluation Workshops.
Completion of Faculty Development Programs or MOOCs with certification.
