Inside Sales Executive Hindi Mandatory @ Cynosure Corporate

Job Description

The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for handling leads, communicating with customers in Hindi, and converting prospects into sales through effective follow-ups and pitching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls in Hindi
• Convert leads into customers through effective sales pitching
• Maintain regular follow-ups and customer engagement
• Update and manage leads in CRM systems
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate
• 0-3 years of experience in inside sales / telecalling
• Mandatory fluency in Hindi (Speak & Understand)
• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Basic knowledge of sales process and customer handling
• Target-oriented and proactive approach
