     Job Title: Telecaller Executive- Lead Generation - 
    Location: Wakad(WFO from 10 am to 7pm)
    Employment Type: Full-Time

    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive  Telecaller Executive to join our Recruitment Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our recruitment services, generating leads, and setting up meetings for the business development team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Make outbound calls to Business leads and decision-makers of various companies.

    • Pitch IT domain professionals to potential clients.

    • Understand client requirements and communicate effectively.

    • Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales.

    • Maintain and update the database regularly.

    • Ability to pertain strong conversion of leads, daily cold calling and email marketing will be there.

    • Follow up on inquiries, proposals.

    • Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

    Required Skills:

    • Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).

    • Good knowledge of MS Office, or sales tools.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum Graduation in any stream.

    • Freshers with excellent communication skills are applicable only.
