Job Description

    Key Responsibilities
    • Recruitment & Development: Recruit, appoint, and train new financial consultants (agents) to build a high-performing distribution network.
    • Sales Target Achievement: Drive the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Mentoring & Motivation: Coach and mentor agents for better productivity, motivating them to sell insurance products.
    • Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with agents to support business retention (persistency).
    • Customer Engagement: Assist agents in meeting clients to close sales, providing pre- and post-sales support, including claim assistance.
    • Compliance: Ensure all sales comply with IRDAI regulations and company policies.

    Profile

    • Experience: min. 1 years in Any sales or BFSI, insurance sales, or agent recruitment.
    • Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream).
    • Skills: Strong team leadership, communication, networking skills, and a go-getter attitude.
    • CTC Range: Usually 2 - 4 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA).
    • Age: Generally between 21-42 years.
