Job Description
Looking for an experienced Project management professional, with experience in people technology, to deliver analytics products within the People organization.
This individual should have strong analytical and project management skills to handle a variety of activities and complexities spanning the organization. Candidates must be willing to work at both a very detailed and strategic level. Flexibility and adaptability are key attributes needed for success.
Description
- Collaborate with business partners and technology teams to efficiently detail requirements and drive implementation activities.
- Liaison between the business and technology groups to ensure business project needs are adequately met with technology solutions.
- Crystallise requirements, development timelines, testing strategy, and release plans.
- Create and maintain a prioritized backlog of features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value and urgency.
- Participate in sprint planning and sprint reviews in collaboration with the program team and business partners.
Minimum Qualifications
- Around 15 yrs of IT exp,5+ years of business analyst and project management skills, preferably HCM based projects
- Experience delivering global, enterprise solutions that can scale
- Experience creating and translating business requirements.
- Ability to use data and analysis to stitch and drive decision-making.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to gain alignment between the technology and business strategy by proactive partnering with all levels.
- Ability to conduct design workshops with cross-functional and worldwide business partners.
- Thrives in ambiguous work environments. Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
