Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven HR Recruiter to lead our end-to-end talent acquisition efforts. You will be the first point of contact for potential hires, acting as a brand ambassador and strategic partner to our hiring managers. Your goal is to identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent while ensuring a seamless, high-tech, and high-touch experience for every applicant.


Key Responsibilities


1. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management

  • Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, social media, and niche professional networks.
  • Build and maintain a "warm" talent pipeline for recurring or future roles to reduce Time-to-Fill.
  • Manage and optimize job postings across various platforms (Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.) using SEO best practices.

2. Screening & Evaluation

  • Review applications and conduct initial phone/video screenings to assess technical skills and cultural alignment.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) to manage candidate workflows.
  • Implement structured interview guides to ensure an objective and bias-free selection process.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with department heads to define role requirements and draft compelling job descriptions.
  • Advise hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.

4. Offer Management & Onboarding

  • Manage the offer negotiation process, balancing candidate expectations with company budget.
  • Coordinate background checks and facilitate a smooth hand-off to the onboarding team to ensure "New Hire Retention."

Required Skills & Qualifications


CategoryRequirementsEducation

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or Psychology.

Experience1-2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (Agency or In-house).

Tech StackProficiency in ATS software, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-sourcing tools

.Soft SkillsHigh emotional intelligence, persuasive communication, and "storytelling" ability.

ComplianceStrong understanding of local labor laws and Fair Hiring Practices.
