Job Description:
IntouchCX is hiring Customer Service Associates for International Voice Process. We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to handle inbound customer interactions from global markets, primarily the US.
The role involves resolving customer queries, handling billing and technical concerns, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while focusing on retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls related to billing, cancellations, and technical support
- Provide effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
- Retain customers through persuasive communication
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Meet performance metrics like AHT ,CSAT, Quality, and Handle Time
Candidate Profile:
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
- Comfortable with voice process and customer handling
- Basic technical knowledge (Android/iOS troubleshooting preferred)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Graduation
- Minimum 6 months experience in Customer Service
- International Voice experience preferred
