Selection SpecialistWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Selection Specalist (Recruiter) with experience to manage end-to-end hiring activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
* Source candidates through Job Portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
* Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
* Maintain and update ATS/HR systems
* Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
* Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
* Support bulk/volume hiring when required.
* 2-6 years of experience in IT recruitment
* Proven understanding of technical skill, sourcing strategies, and recruitment tools.
* Familiarity with & Utilization of ATS applications
* Proven communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Basic understanding of HR practices, hiring metrics, and market trends.
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Cross skill sourcing Knowledge
* Exposure in Bulk hiring, virtual Interview drive, and event-based hiring is a plus.
