Job Title: HR Executive Training & Recruitment

Experience: 0-1 Years

Qualification: MBA-HR

Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune (Work from Office)

Shift timings - 10 am to 7pm

Role Overview


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with a primary focus on Training & Development, along with exposure to recruitment and HR operations. The role involves managing end-to-end training activities, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive impactful learning initiatives across the organization and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes as and when required.


Key Responsibilities


1. Training & Development (Primary Responsibility)


  • Assist in planning, coordinating and executing training programs for employees, including new hire orientation, domain boot camps, and ongoing learning initiatives within defined timelines
  • Identify training needs in collaboration with managers and HR team
  • Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and feedback reports
  • Support the development of training materials, presentations, and learning resources
  • Drive organization-wide training initiatives and measure effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand and deliver customized training requirements
  • Review and update training content, course plans, and documentation regularly
  • Ensure training processes align with quality standards and participate in audits for continuous improvement
  • Manage and maintain the LMS and other learning platforms
  • Upload course materials, track employee progress, and publish training results
  • Generate reports and insights on training effectiveness and participation

2. Recruitment & Onboarding Support


  • Source candidates through platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, walk-ins, and campus drives
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Coordinate interview schedules and assist in recruitment processes
  • Work closely with HR and support functions to ensure smooth pre- and post-onboarding processes as and when required.
