Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads
Explain products/services and handle customer queries
Generate sales and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets
Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Follow company scripts and sales processes
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversions
