Job Description
- Monitor regulatory updates from the RBI and other statutory authorities, assess their impact, and ensure timely implementation across the organization.
- Prepare and submit periodic returns to regulators; act as the primary point of contact for regulatory queries and report compliance matters to the Board/Audit Committee.
- Conduct compliance testing, internal reviews, and audits; coordinate RBI inspections and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Manage Board and General Meetings, including preparation of agendas, notes, and minutes, ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable Secretarial Standards.
- Provide advisory support on loan proposals, contracts, and legal matters; handle litigation and statutory filings with MCA and RBI.
- Develop and implement compliance policies, manuals, and training programs; oversee governance standards such as conflict of interest and fair customer practices.
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an RBI-regulated NBFC (exclusive experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of RBI regulations, compliance, and drafting
