- This business case unifies key initiatives to modernize NPS data, analytics, and AI capabilities by integrating media, trade, and operational datasets into a consistent, high-quality ecosystem that improves ROAS, strengthens trade performance visibility, and expands LogiCart AI adoption. The program enhances financial and commercial decision-making through a single source of truth for trade spend, better forecasting, scalable AI ingestion, and transparent performance metrics, while improving supply-chain insights through test-and-learn models and broader data availability. Additionally, it automates NPS data validation to boost data quality, reduces operational risk through IT throughput improvements, and establishes a scalable foundation for future CDP, analytics, and AI use cases across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain.
Responsibilities
- Work with NPS Business team to gather business requirements
- Analyze business requirements
- Communicate with business stewards to clarify requirements
- Data Profiling, Data Exploration
- Create logical data model and provide inputs for creating physical data models
- Build Source to Target mapping, Technical Requirements, and partner with Data Engineering teams for implementation.
- Explain data models and seek approvals from Data Architect
- Follow Nestle data modeling standards
- Conduct QA testing for the datasets
- Assist UAT testing
- Help IT developers to answer data model related questions
- Follow SCRUM agile methodology (e.g. create update stories, update tasks, efforts estimations,
- attend SCRUM ceremonies
Skills
Must have
- Data Modeling, SQL, python, BI Reporting, Microsoft Azure services, Synapse, Databricks etc.
- Readiness to work in EST timezone.
- Nice to have
- Data related certs
