Job Description
Job Summary:The Director Data Science will lead the organizations data strategy, analytics initiatives, and advanced modeling efforts. This role is responsible for building and managing high-performing data science teams, driving data-driven decision-making, and delivering impactful insights that support business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and execute the organizations data science vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of data scientists, analysts, and ML engineers
- Drive development and deployment of predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and AI solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to solve complex problems
- Oversee data collection, data quality, and governance practices
- Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and actionable insights
- Ensure best practices in model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring
- Work closely with engineering teams to build scalable data infrastructure
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and tools in data science
