Consumer Experience (CX) Designer, will partake and realize the vision and responsibility of providing and delivering the world-class user experiences globally for Sanofi products and ecosystem. You will collaborate with a team of world-class multi-disciplinary Consumer Experience professionals to craft and deliver product design that aligns and extends the One Sanofi Experience and Design across all patients, customers and staffs on multi-devices. You have a passion for consumers/users, strong communication skills, and the ability to focus on big experience initiatives at the same time as crucial details. You are comfortable presenting and articulating design philosophy, principles and reasonings with data to all levels of teams. You will partner with Product and Engineering teams to develop amazing user experiences. You must be detail oriented, responsive, flexible, and able to succeed within an open and collaborative peer environment. Top notch Product Design skills/capabilities, Human-Centered Design process and methodologies, and experience with iterative design sprints and lean, Agile development process a MUST.
Main responsibilities:
QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design
- Bachelor''s degree or equivalent work experience in Design, HCI or related field. Masters degree in relevant field a plus
Portfolio or case studies demonstrating applied design process and interface delivery.
- Experience with iterative design sprints and lean, Agile development process
