Job Description
We're looking for a UI/UX Designer
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and user-obsessed UI/UX Designer who thrives at the intersection of design, technology, and user behavior. As part of the Product & Experience ecosystem, you will play a key role in shaping intuitive, engaging, and scalable user experiences that drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Business Analysts, and Customer Success teams to transform complex ideas into simple, elegant design solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving user problems, designing seamless experiences, and bringing ideas to life through thoughtful design.

Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and product requirements
2. Translate complex requirements into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs
3. Design user-centric experiences across web and mobile platforms
4. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve product experience
5. Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components
6. Work closely with Engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs
7. Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and product insights
8. Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all product touchpoints
9. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices
10. Contribute to building a strong design culture and advocate for user-centric thinking
11. Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
1. 4-7 years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or a similar role
2. Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects and problem-solving approach
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
4. Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability standards
5. Experience working in an agile product development environment
6. Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills
8. Attention to detail with a strong sense of visual design (typography, color, layout)
9. Ability to balance user needs with business goals.
Ideal
1. Experience in B2B SaaS or data-driven product environments
2. Exposure to design systems and scalable design frameworks
3. Experience working closely with analytics or data teams to inform design decisions
4. Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, responsiveness)
5. Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
6. Experience designing for AI/ML-based products or complex dashboards
7. Strong storytelling ability to communicate design decisions effectively
8. Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action.
